However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND BILLING

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. AbrahamCrafts products are intended for personal, non-commercial use. Resale or commercial export without written consent is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. AbrahamCrafts is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs clearance processes, or events beyond our control.

  • Transfer of Risk: Once we transfer the products to the carrier, the title and risk of loss pass to you, the customer.

  • International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

SECTION 5 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all AbrahamCrafts artisanal designs, wood and resin structures, text, graphics, and logos) are the exclusive property of AbrahamCrafts and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent. The Shopify name and logo are trademarks of Shopify Inc.

SECTION 6 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

AbrahamCrafts is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. You acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not a party to the sales transaction and is not responsible for any aspect of the products or services offered by AbrahamCrafts. You expressly release Shopify from any and all liability arising from or related to your purchase.
