At AbrahamCrafts, we take pride in the premium artisanal quality and sacred wood-and-resin craftsmanship of our products. To ensure transparency and trust within our global community of families, believers, and art collectors, we have established the following policy in accordance with international consumer protection laws.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your AbrahamCrafts piece to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, without signs of wear, with all original parts (including the handcrafted wooden base, power cables, and protective internal packaging), and in its original box. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, you must contact our support team at heritatgehearth@hotmail.com.

  • Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Return Address: Please note that returns must be sent to the specific address provided by our support team upon approval.

3. Damages and Issues (Inspection)

Upon delivery, please inspect your order immediately. Contact us right away if the lamp is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right through an immediate replacement or a full refund. As a premium, limited handcrafted item, we ensure every single unit passes a rigorous inspection to meet our high quality standards before shipping.

4. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Custom Products: Special orders or personalized items (such as custom-engraved wooden bases or personalized sacred details).

  • Sale Items: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

  • Hazardous Materials: We cannot accept returns for flammable liquids or gases (included for legal safety compliance).

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the model or design version you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. The item must remain in its original pristine condition and packaging.

7. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

  • Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing Time: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

  • Delayed Refunds: If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received your funds, please contact us at heritatgehearth@hotmail.com
